CLUB SERVICE
Membership
New
- International goal for Club “Rotary’s Global Quest”;
one new member per month with a net gain of five new members
per Club.
- District goal for Club; Increase District membership
by 700 or 24% by January 31,
2002.
- Club goal is to increase membership by 24% or 12 new
members by January
31, 2002 and by 15 new members by June 15, 2002.
- Member goal is for each member to bring in one new member
this year.
- Club Presidents goal is to bring in three new members
this year.
- Assign each new member a mentor within the first week
of induction. Mentor to continue
to inform new member about Rotary and guide new member through
“Welcome
To Rotary” activities in “Strategies For Member Education”.
- Club directors and chair people to provide opportunities

in all areas of service within two weeks of induction.

Club Service Director.

- Incorporate spouse and family participation into fellowship

Information Service

- Obtain recognition of Rotary in the “Kerman News” each

Newsletter, Information Line (846-INFO), and Web Site
- Page and aggressive promotion of the club’s service activities.
Kerman Rotary Club President’s Goals

- Provide club members with information about Rotary in

VOCATIONAL SERVICE

- Consider and possibly implement a job shadowing program.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

- Create a publicized hands on project of social benefit
to our community completed
in the current Rotary year with funds increased by a Community

Youth Service

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE

- Equate our International Service Project budget to the
amount of Sustaining Paul Harris contributions for the
year. Expand the club contribution goal of $4,800
with District matching funds and through the Rotary International
grant
process to $20,000 for a worthy international project.
Foundation
New
- Prompt recognition for Paul Harris and Sustaining Paul
Harris contributions.
Ongoing
- Rotary International goal for the club; each member contribute
$100 toward a Sustaining
Paul Harris Fellow.
- Five new Paul Harris Fellows with club matching funds.
